The Best BBQ in Bay Area

So what is the best BBQ restaurant in the Bay Area? I am on the lookout for some.

One of the first ones that could be on the list is the Smoking Pig BBQ in San Jose.  Once you can find parking and wait out the lines, I think you’ll be in for a treat.

You’ll definitely want to start with some appetizers like burnt ends, wolf turds (Jalapeno filled with cheese and wrapped in bacon), and chicken lollipops (chicken wrapped in bacon).

For the sides, the mac and cheese and cole slaw was just okay and you can probably skip it.  But don’t skip the corn bread.

For the main course, you will want to get the fatty mouth melting brisket. The pulled pork was a little dry.  The ribs were not quite as good as other places like Phil’s BBQ but still tasty.
