Located in a little restaurant plaza in Las Vegas Chinatown, Monta Ramen is becoming one of my favorite ramen places. On this trip, I had the miso ramen and the pork belly bowl. The broth is tasty, savory, and wasn’t too salty. The noodles could have been a little firmer and seemed to be overcooked. Pork belly was very tender, fatty, and tasty.
The place is small so tends to get crowded during rush hour. Cash only. Bonus is that it’s next door to Kung Fu Tea which has awesome boba tea.
