Dae Jang Keum is a Korean BBQ place where it’s not AYCE which is good for me as sometimes I tend to go overboard. The restaurant is located in a small mall with limited parking although you can easily find street parking.
The place is split into two sides where on one side you can grill and the other you can’t. We chose the side where you can grill. The place uses real charcoal which makes the meat taste better.
We had ordered the Yang Nyum Galbi (short rib), Cha Dol Baegi (brisket), and Japchae (mixed noodles). They changed the grill out depending on what meat you are cooking.
The side dishes are plenty and great too.
